Honest company

I ordered 2 prickly pear pads (1 xoco and 1 orange fruit). When the box arrived, the xoco pad was beginning to rot. I let both dry a few days and planted them in a pot with sand/perlite/potting soil. The xoco continued to rot. I contacted the company, and after telling me I should have planted in ground soil, sent a replacement for another xoco pad. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately it too was beginning to rot from the top. I let it dry a few days but it kept rotting. I finally decided to just cut the top off. That seems to stop the rot (hopefully). I have planted it today and hoping for the best. The orange fruit pad (Matudae) is doing wonderfully; it is currently growing a baby pad.
