Coco Jujube is a medium size juicy and crunchy Jujube. It was first produced in Ukraine and has since spread throughout the world. They are great for eating fresh,  dehydrating, and making drinks or jams. If you have tasted dry Middle East (Afghan) dry Jujubes, this variety’s flavor is very similar, but smaller in size. They bloom in the middle of the summer and bear fruit in October, just like the majority of jujube trees. This is a tiny tree that grows to be approximately 8 to 10 feet tall and prefers full sun, though it may tolerate half-day sun. It is also ornamental because of its contorted branches. We do not find any resemblance to coconut flavor, however it is out favorite so far.
